Platform terms of use.

These draft terms govern access to and use of ExpoSpec, an AI-powered exhibition design platform operated by EVENTON INDIA ENTERPRISES / ExpoSpec. By using the platform during our early-access period, you agree to these terms in their current form.
Company / platform
ExpoSpec is provided by EVENTON INDIA ENTERPRISES / ExpoSpec (the 'Company', 'we', 'us'). These terms apply to visitors, registered users and workspace members who access the public website, early-access signup flow, and authenticated design studio.
Acceptance of terms
By creating an account, joining a workspace, submitting an enquiry, or otherwise using ExpoSpec, you accept these terms and agree to comply with them. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform. We may update these terms during the early-access period; continued use after changes means acceptance of the revised terms.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be authorised to act on behalf of your company to create a workspace or invite team members. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
Use of the service
ExpoSpec generates exhibition concepts, spatial layouts, bill-of-quantity estimates and related outputs from the information you provide. Outputs are design aids only and must be reviewed by qualified humans before client commitment, engineering, fabrication, construction or regulatory submission. You may not use the platform for unlawful purposes, to infringe intellectual property, or to generate harmful, misleading or deceptive content.
Workspace data and ownership
Projects, component libraries, materials, uploaded files and design outputs are owned by your company and scoped to your workspace. You grant us a limited licence to process that data solely to operate and improve the service for your workspace. We do not claim ownership of your original design content.
AI-generated content
AI outputs are generated based on your briefs, component rules and constraints. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness or fitness for a particular build. You are responsible for verifying dimensions, quantities, materials, structural integrity, local regulations and client suitability before production.
Payments and subscriptions
Paid plans are billed monthly in Indian Rupees through our integrated payment provider. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the next billing date. Pricing, plan limits and included features are described on our Pricing page and form part of these terms. Taxes, if applicable, are charged in addition to the listed price.
Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your workspace settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing cycle. Refunds are handled according to the separate Refund & Cancellation policy. Free trial usage is governed by the trial cap described on the Pricing page.
Intellectual property
The ExpoSpec brand, software, interfaces, documentation and generated system assets are our property or licensed to us. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer or create derivative works of the platform except as expressly permitted.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ExpoSpec and its operators shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill arising out of your use of the platform.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of ExpoSpec shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
Changes to terms
We may revise these terms as the platform moves beyond early access. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-product notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
